Full EPC (Design–Build)- Phase 1 (POD1,2- fully fitted out & POD3 Shell and Core)

HHM Team was part of Khazna Phase 1- EPC Order includes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of two data centres, one located on a 40,000 m2 site in Abu Dhabi, the other on a 34,000 m2 site in Dubai. Each data centre will be built to green building regulations and Tier III Design and Operation Rating as per international standards. In the first expansion phase (Phase 1 Include POD1 &2 Fully Furnished and POD3 Shell and Core) each site will have 2,200 m2 white space area, both sites having the capacity to further expand this size as demand grows.  Ready for occupancy December 2015

The project is part of Mubadala’s strategic initiative to venture into the whole-sale, co-location data centre-services market. Both sites are of same kind and size following a modular design approach.
