Environmental Management Policy

HHM recognizes that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We will encourage customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and other stakeholders to do the same.

The policy aims to:

Continually improve and monitor environmental performance.
Reduce environmental impacts.
Incorporate environmental factors into business decisions.
Increase employee awareness and training

The company’s commitments to these goals include the following specific elements:

• All HHM facilities will operate in an environmentally responsible manner and in compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• HHM will maintain programs to inform and train employees in the performance of their duty to fulfill the company’s environmental policies.
• Audits and other means will be performed to monitor operations to assure that practices in our workplaces confirm to our policy.
• HHM management will make environmental responsiveness and resource conservation an integral part of business management and will support finding solutions to such environmental problems as may arise.
• Assessing employees and sub-contractors to ensure their environmental performance is of the highest standards, in line with legislative requirements and are committed to the prevention of pollution and protection of the environment
• Conserving natural resources by adopting pollution prevention practices
• To seek alternative technologies to minimize waste and other pollution, and disposing wastes safely and responsibly
• Responsible use of energy throughout our business, including conserving energy and improving energy efficiency
• Avoiding unnecessary use of hazardous materials or products, and seeking substitutions when feasible
