PRIMEHHM Appointed Total MEP Contractor for Al Vista, Meydan Horizon, Dubai

PRIMEHHM is proud to announce its nomination as the Total MEP Contractor for Al Vista, the landmark AED 1.3 billion mixed-use development by Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), the wholly owned real estate subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC.

Located in Meydan Horizon, one of Dubai's most sought-after mixed-use districts, Al Vista brings together a 39-storey residential tower of 312 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a 19-storey commercial tower offering approximately 120,000 sq ft of shell-and-core office space, complemented by retail and a comprehensive range of lifestyle amenities within a unified masterplan. Completion is targeted for Q1 2028.

The development broke ground on 31 March 2026 at a ceremony attended by Khalid bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investments, and Obaid Salami, General Manager of DIR, alongside senior representatives of the project team. Main construction works are delivered by JV Hourie Paramount, with PRIMEHHM nominated to deliver the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing package across both towers and the podium.

Under this appointment, PRIMEHHM's scope covers the full MEP installation for the development, including HVAC, electrical and ELV systems, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, and associated testing and commissioning, executed to DIR's quality standards and the approved construction program.
